    1. Hi Lori. No. Just 5 drops total. I just emailed productsupport@doterra.com to ask them how many drops of each oil are in 1 triease. I will post back here when they respond. :-)

  2. How many drops of slim and sassy should I put in a veggie cap and how many times a day can I take it?

  3. To equal 1 pre filled soft gel, add 5 drops to your empty veggie capsule. Take 3-5 times a day per Pre filled soft gel bottle. They also have gum, shakes and bars too. Hope this helps. Blessings, Kerri

    1. Non-GMO modified corn starch, glycerin, carrageenan, purified water, maltitol.
      Hope this helps!

Honestly, Jazzy, I make my own. I have a shot glass and I put a mouthful of water in the shot glass and add my drops of lemon, lavender and peppermint and throw it back! :-) Doesn't taste awesome....but it works! Stay GREEN!! Kerri

    2. I will be making my own capsules. Because, carrageenan causes colon and stomach cancer

    3. Hi Elizabeth. Research this further for me, if you can. When I researched this a year back or so, I found that there were 2 different carrageenans. One is safe and one is not. I have contacted different companies that are "green" and they have responded saying that they use the one that is safe. Let me know what you find.

  5. Do you add any other carrier oils in the capsules? Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, MCT oil?

    1. Hi Becky, No I don't. Just oil. If you notice any stomach discomfort, then I would add olive or coconut oil. Hope this helps!

    2. You should add a Carrier oil as it will help the oils dispurse better throughout the body and will also create less stomach discomfort.
