Sunscreens
1. Stay in the shade from 10am to 4pm
2. Wear a hat, sunglasses and protective clothing
3. Use SPF 30 or higher
4. Avoid sprays and the ingredient oxybenzone
5. Use 7% or higher zinc oxide or titanium dioxide
6. Avoid added bug repellent
